#14 or 10778 Lyndale Bluffs Trail
#15 or 10780 Lyndale Bluffs Trail

#13 & #14 are sold so come in to reserve #15 as your new home.

Tuesday evening open house event

We had a great time and a great turnout for our Open House event yesterday! Lots of Realtors, several neighbors and a lot of the principals responsible for the success of the project.

We’re getting there!

To completion of the Villa model that is… The Spring Parade of Homes starts in 6 days so we are right on schedule! Be sure to stop by this weekend (Mar 3-4) anytime between Noon – 6 PM to see this wonderful Villa home. It will be fully decorated so come by and envision how your furnishings would look in the space. Unstained Cabinets are in at the Villa!

Big event on Friday – the custom-made cabinets were installed! Here are a few photos of what they look like before they are stained or enamaled on-site. This will be a great before/after picture in a few days after they are stained.

Splashy (backsplash that is) New Listing!

The backsplash is in! We’re getting so close to completion of the townhome model at 10758 Lyndale Bluffs Trail that we now have it listed for sale on the MLS. So you can now reserve it now and take possession after the Spring Preview Parade of Homes ends. You could be in right after April 1st to enjoy our beautiful spring season in Minny! You will notice that at this point, due to the unfinished status of the model, we’ve used photos from another Wooddale Builders model so here are a few new photos (using my cell phone camera so they aren’t the best quality). As you can see the glass tile backsplash is in and it looks great!

Granite countertops and cabinets are in

Well we had a successful Broker Open House at our new model at 10721 Lyndale Bluffs Trail today so thank you for coming! I took a stroll down to the next model that will be coming online soon so I thought I’d take a few photos. As you can see we’re getting close to completion of this Player Model at 10758 Lyndale Bluffs Trail. We’re very excited to bring you this model because it will be the first Player floorplan in the development. The goal is to have it ready for the Spring Preview starting March 3rd. It’s only Tuesday and the cabinets are hung and the countertops are on! We are probably only about two weeks away from completion. Here are a few photos circling around the kitchen so you can see the layout from all directions.
